About Crawley Wellbeing
We are open to support the health and wellbeing of those who live and work in Crawley.
We are a free, friendly and impartial service providing health and wellbeing support to those who meet the following criteria:
- Over the age of 16.
- Live and/or work in Crawley.
You can either self-refer or be referred by a Health Professional through our Secure Online Contact & Enquiry Form (New Window).
Our service is funded by Public Health West Sussex and we are employed by Crawley Borough Council. Our core hub services include:
- Being active
- Healthy eating
- Weight management
- Smoking cessation
- Alcohol reduction
- NHS Health Check
- Workplace health
