Crawley Wellbeing can help you to find local wellbeing information and services. You can get support for things like getting your family fitter, doing some regular exercise, dealing with stress, kicking a habit, or simply improving your general wellbeing.
Crawley Wellbeing is a free, friendly and impartial service from your local authority, the NHS and other partners. Each district and borough council (local authority) in West Sussex has its own Wellbeing service. They are all run in partnership with West Sussex County Council and the local NHS.
As well as using this website, you can discuss local activities and support services by talking to our friendly Wellbeing Advisors over the phone or in person.
The Wellbeing Team are based at K2 Crawley Leisure Centre.
We're open; Monday: 9am-12:30pm, Tuesday: 9am-7pm Wednesday: 2pm-7pm, Thursday: 9am-5pm, Friday: 9am-12.30pm
Residents of West Sussex can make use of Wellbeing services in any area of the county. You can also access some of the Wellbeing services on offer if you work in, or are visiting, West Sussex.
