Living Well, Ageing Well: Wobble

This Wobble exercise class can be conducted either seated or standing.
The focus of the class is to improve your posture and mobility.
The class is suitable for:
- Those that are 50+
- Those with Health conditions
- Those who are new to exercise
- Those who are recovering from injury
Please note that classes do not run on Bank Holidays.
