Strength & Balance Crawley
Regularly doing strength and balance exercises can improve your stability and balance and reduce the risk of having a fall later in life. Starting this form of exercise at any age is beneficial.
Our 12-week community-based courses are tailored to help you maintain and develop your core strength and improve mobility and general fitness levels.
The courses are open to anyone who feels they would benefit from this type of exercise and are suitable for beginners. A short assessment will be carried out before joining the course. Classes are held once per week.
