Weight off workshop (WOW)

Losing weight, even small amounts, can bring significant health benefits to all of us, especially with conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and knee or hip problems. Losing weight can also improve your overall wellbeing and help increase energy levels.

Join us on one of our weight off workshops which are now back face-to-face, and build up your toolkit of resources for sustainable weight loss.
