Losing weight, even small amounts, can bring significant health benefits to all of us, especially with conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and knee or hip problems. Losing weight can also improve your overall wellbeing and help increase energy levels.  

Due to current government guidelines all face-to-face services have been postponed until further notice, however we are offering one-to-one support over the phone as well as our new virtual weight loss course via video link for those that would like the support of a small group.

From July 2020, Crawley Wellbeing started a free 12 week Weight off Workshop via a video platform for groups of up to 6 people.  

The video sessions will run over various choice of times throughout the week.

Additionally, this includes a private Facebook community group as well as many other resources and useful links to help you stay on track.

The minimum requirement is for you to attend one 30 minute session and to report personal measurements to the Coordinator each week.
