Managing Anxiety - Four Week Course


  • Online via MS Teams either in a small group of 6/8 or via 1-2-1
  • 4 weekly sessions of 1 hour in length at the same time each week
  • Offers a key topic discussion, tools and techniques
  • Combination of presentation and Q&A
  • Copy of the presentations and appropriate resources
  • Follow up support post course from a Crawley wellbeing advisor if required

  • The two biggest fears (DP rule)
  • Rational thinking
  • Reducing anxiety – representation
  • Fake it till you make it
  • Letting go

  • Realign your focus
  • Have a goal - make personal pledges
  • Face your anxiety and depression head on
  • Look at your lifestyle
  • Pay attention to your environment
  • Control your diet
  • Get addicted to exercise
  • Stick to a routine

  • Lay foundations for the future
