Visit Togetherall

Togetherall is an online, safe, anonymous service supporting people experiencing emotional, or psychological distress.

It is an online community of people with common mental health problems who are supported to self-manage their own mental health. According to members, one of the most important elements of the service is the ability to talk freely, whilst remaining completely anonymous.

The wide range of support options offered include peer support, wellbeing tests, online resources to aid self-care and creative art and writing therapies. Trained staff are on hand at all times to provide extra support and ensure that everyone is safe.

Togetherall is available 24/7 and is intended for anyone aged 16 or over.  There is a charge to use this service.

The service is free nationally for all veterans, serving personnel in the armed forces and their families.
