We offer free one-to-one wellbeing appointments Monday-Friday in person, phone or via Teams.
Each session is tailored to an individual's needs but will typically include:
- The use of the Body Composition Analyzer which gives an indication of: weight, height, body fat %, muscle mass & visceral fat among other readings.
- An informal conversation about an individual's current health and wellbeing, covering topics such as: nutrition, physical activity, smoking, alcohol, sleep and emotional wellbeing.
- Individualised goals will be set based upon the outcome of the session, with touch base points offered every 6 months.
- Referrals to internal/external programmes will be issued if appropriate.
