We offer free one-to-one wellbeing appointments Monday-Friday via Microsoft teams, the phone and in person.
Each session is tailored to an individual's needs but will typically include:
- The use of the Body Composition Analyzer which gives an indication of: Weight, height, body fat %, muscle mass & visceral fat among other readings. (Please note this part of the service is not currently happening due to COVID-19).
- An informal conversation about an individual's current health & wellbeing, covering topics such as: nutrition, physical activity, smoking, alcohol, sleep & emotional wellbeing.
- Individualised goals will be set based upon the outcome of the session, with touch base points offered every 6 months.
- Referrals to internal/external programmes will be issued if appropriate.
